Interface
Telephony Activity is not supported on Internet Explorer.
The Telephony Activity homepage is the Modules page. Each of the three main pages, which appear as tabs in the header, contain the four main areas shown below.
If you are using Telephony Activity on a device that has a small screen, the interface will be formatted slightly differently. To access the three main pages, click the 
icon on the top right to open the menu.
Header
The header always remains the same, regardless of what page you are viewing:
- Home: Opens the Modules page.
- Modules: Opens the Modules page.
- Details: Opens the Details page.
- Agents: Opens the Agents page.
- Toggle Dark/Light Theme: Switches between light (white) and dark (gray) mode for the interface.
- Toggle Card/Grid: Switches between card and grid display on the Modules and Agents pages.
- Lines: Opens the Lines page.
- Help: Opens the online help documentation.
Sidebar
The sidebar contains all your views, which are customizable filters that you create in order to aggregate statistics from specific modules. It is visible on all three main pages and allows you to add, edit, and delete views as needed.
Collapsing and expanding the sidebar
When the sidebar is expanded, the names of all the buttons and your views will appear.

. - To collapse the sidebar, click
(Collapse).
View summary
The view summary at the top of the page indicates:
- The name of the view
- The number of modules in the view (or the module name, if the view only contains one module)
- The number of projects in the view (or the project name, if the view only contains one project)
Clicking the arrow beside the summary expands and collapses a tree view that shows all the projects and modules in the currently selected view:
Page
The page area contains most of the information that is available on each page. Depending on the display format you have selected, individual cards or a table will appear here:
